Starting the Final Task

 Hey, as you guys know from previous blogs my name is Anya Lucas. I run track I've been running for 4 going on 5 years, I love track its my way out. I also enjoy, doing hair and I have my own business, my main goal is to become a nurse by the age of 22. I am a 10th grader and I decide to take this class because I thought it would be a nice way to bring out my creative side and a bonus is that I also get an AICE credit. I decided to work alone on the final task as I did with all my others. I find working alone more efficient for me because I tend to get overly creative. I'm not saying that this is a bad thing but kids in my grade often rely on the easy way out and when I'm doing anything with filming or editing I LOVE to show off my skills. I feel as if working alone on such a big task won't only give me that chance to show off my skills but show my work ethic and creativity. Throughout this whole process I only had one goal which was to get better at filming and editing and overall just showing improvement in creativity. I believe that I have achieved this goal to the best of my ability and in this final task I will prove just that. The fact that I have worked alone on every project has helped me TREMENDOUSLY ! I never had to rely on anyone else for ideas. I took that as sort of a mental challenge to prepare myself for a project like this one. I felt as if this will be a lot to handle on my own at first I was debating if I should work with someone. I then got to thinking about all the things that could go wrong and all the miss communication. At the end of this task I hope to have achieved all my goals and expectations for myself. I'm hoping this will not only better me in my skills but mentally challenge me. I also hope I have met the expectations for you all as well. ❤

 Hi, my names Anya Lucas. I am so excited to have made it to the next level in this class! Just in case you don't remember I'm here to tell you a little about me a lot has changed. For starters I am a Junior now and I'm very excited about that. Some of my hobbies are track and doing hair, I spent the whole summer perfecting my craft in both. I love movies! That's what makes this class so interesting. Learning about how films are made and the work that goes behind it is just so satisfying to me. The type of movies I tend to watch are action, romantic and comedy. Although I don't read very often my love for movies also ties to my love for books. I tend to read books that are most likely based on real life. I'm a very enthusiastic person and I feel as if this class helped me bring my enthusiasm out into my creativity. I also try my very best at EVERYTHING  that I do. Last year I learned a lot of new skills that I'm so excited to include in my project this year.

Editing Blog- The finale !!

 Hey guys, today is the last day we have to complete any last minute changes. As you guys know we are basically done !! We only have one more day until our deadline. We decided to do one more overview of our film. Though it wasn’t much wrong we decided to adjust the ending. The ending was a bit shaky. It ended kind of rough because of the way the camera was shut off. We usually filmed more than one time of the same scene. We just happened to not have done that this time. To cut off some of the shakiness at the end we decided to add another clip of the same scene from a different angle. By doing this we hoped to not lengthen out the actual time of minute 5 but the actual duration of the scene. We used angels computer of course to edit. This kind of helped with the shaking at the end. It eliminated the very end of where you would of saw the camera being actually shut off. Storyboard for final task

Hey you guys, My group and I have finished the key aspect of our film, our storyboard ! Below is it explained typed out and there is an attachment with visual drawings.  Minute 1 (Marked with pink)  -Pan of a dirty house filled with bottles and trash -Ash walks in stumbling with a drink in hand yelling at anna -Anna turns away from ash screaming that she’s done  -Ash walks closer to Anna, trying to convince her to change her mind -Anna stands her ground and screams at Ash to get out  -Ash continues to try to get Anna to let him stay, making empty promises.  -Anna picks up trash and Ash’s things throwing them at him -Ash gets more angry begging Anna to let him stay -Ash gets a glimpse of a red letter and decides to just leave -Ash storms out leaving Anna stressed  Minute 2 (marked with yellow) -Ash walks out the door and sits on the front porch -Looking at the letter ash realizes who it’s from and begins making his way to a nearby alley way  -In the alleyway, Ash reads through the lette
